No guarantee of results

Metrics, case studies and figures shown on this website describe past results for specific clients under specific conditions. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee or forecast of the results any other business will achieve.

Engagements and payment

• Services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
• Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.
• Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, assets and approvals needed to deliver the work, and to ensure that any material you supply is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and code, belongs to QuickInsight Marketing Solutions unless otherwise stated. Deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by that engagement agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
